   - We currently ship to worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and destination. Standard worldwide shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options can arrive within 1-3 business days. 

Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties and taxes that may apply upon arrival in your country.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages:
   - If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   - We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your leather journal.

2. Condition of Return:
   - To be eligible for a return, the leather journal must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include any accessories or promotional items that accompanied your order.

3. Return Process:
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at usa@velita.store . We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

4. Refunds:
   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:
   - If you wish to exchange your leather journal for a different style or color, please follow the return process outlined above, and indicate your desired exchange item. You may need to submit a new order for the new item, depending on the exchange circumstances.

6. Final Sale Items:
   - Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
